Justin Fisher

I began my training in martial arts at the age of seven and it quickly became a lifelong passion. I completed my Boxing Teaching Certification through boxing Ontario and train weekly. I look forward to sharing my skill set with your children and engaging them in authentic training.

Jane

Jane will be assisting Justin with classes, as well as managing the administrative side of the gym. Jane is a certified Boxing Coach with Boxing Ontario, and no stranger to working with kids! She has a background in elementary education and has four kids of her own.

Amy

Amy will also be assisting with classes on occasion and she’s one tough lady! Amy works for the Kawartha Lakes Police Services and excels in self defence. She’s been training in boxing and kickboxing for a number of years and has had the pleasure of training with UFC fighter, Chad Laprice.

Michelle Dimoglou

Michelle will be assisting Justin with classes. Michelle graduated with a degree in Kinesiology with a focus on health and nutrition. She’s worked as a personal trainer and fitness instructor for over 20 years and has been training in kickboxing and boxing for the past 3 years.  Michelle is a registered member with Boxing Ontario. Her warm-ups are intense and will increase your cardio conditioning and endurance.  Her goal is to help students improve their cardio and endurance so that they can focus on the intensity in their strikes not their fatigue.
